To connect Infor in Tenklo, you need to provide:

1. Tenant — Your Infor OS tenant identifier.
2. Authorization Server URL — The base URL of Infor's authorization server for your tenant.
3. ION API Gateway URL — The base URL of the ION API gateway for your tenant.

This guide walks you through finding all three values in your .ionapi credentials file, then authorizing through Infor OS.

Step 1: Open your .ionapi credentials fileCopy Anchor Link

The .ionapi file downloaded during app registration is a JSON file. Open it in a text editor.

Step 2: Finding your tenant and URLsCopy Anchor Link

In the JSON file, find these fields:

• ti — your Tenant (for example, ACME_PRD).
• pu — your Authorization Server URL. Enter the hostname only, without https:// (for example, mingle-sso.inforcloudsuite.com).
• iu — your ION API Gateway URL. Enter the hostname only, without https:// (for example, mingle-ionapi.inforcloudsuite.com).

1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Infor.
2. Enter the Tenant, Authorization Server URL, and ION API Gateway URL in their designated fields.
3. Submit the form, then log in with your Infor OS account and grant the requested permissions.

You are now connected to Infor.
