Integrate your application with the HiBob API using OAuth 2.0
OAuth 2.0 is available only for approved HiBob Marketplace and technology partners building apps that connect multiple customer tenants to Bob. If you're integrating your own single HiBob account, use HiBob (Service User) instead.

Connect to HiBob with Tenklo and see data flow in 2 minutes.
Follow the setup guide below to get approved as a HiBob partner and register your app in the HiBob Developer Portal. You'll need the resulting client ID and client secret before you can create the integration in Tenklo.
In Tenklo (free signup), go to Integrations -> Configure New Integration -> HiBob (OAuth), and enter your client ID and client secret.
Go to Connections -> Add Test Connection -> Authorize, then log in to HiBob and consent to the scopes and audience for a test company. Later, your customers will do this themselves when they install your app from the Bob Marketplace.
Let's make your first request to the HiBob API. Replace the placeholders below with your Environment API key, integration ID, and connection ID:

The API access your app has for a given connection depends on the scopes and audience the customer approved during installation — a request can return a partial result set or a 404 for an employee outside the approved audience, even with valid scopes. See HiBob's developer documentation for details on scopes and people data access.
