ServiceNow (JWT)

Connect to the ServiceNow API with OAuth 2.0 JWT bearer authentication

🚀 Quickstart

Connect to ServiceNow with Tenklo and see data flow in 2 minutes.

Create the integration

In the Tenklo dashboard, open the Integrations tab, select Configure new integration, and choose ServiceNow (JWT).

Authorize ServiceNow

Open the Connections tab, select Add test connection, and enter your ServiceNow domain, client ID, client secret, key ID, private key, and user identifier. Follow the connection guide to create these credentials.

Call the ServiceNow API

Make your first request to the ServiceNow Table API. Replace the placeholders with your Tenklo API key, integration ID, and connection ID:

curl "https://api.tenklo.dev/proxy/api/now/table/incident?sysparm_limit=5" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer <NANGO-API-KEY>" \
  -H "Provider-Config-Key: <INTEGRATION-ID>" \
  -H "Connection-Id: <CONNECTION-ID>"

Or fetch credentials with the Node SDK or API.

✅ You're connected! Check the Logs tab in Tenklo to inspect requests.
