Microsoft Dataverse - How do I link my account?

To connect Microsoft Dataverse in Tenklo, you need to provide:

1. Tenant ID — The unique identifier for your organization's Microsoft Entra ID tenant.
2. Environment URL — The domain of your Dataverse environment.

This guide walks you through finding both values, then authorizing through Microsoft Entra ID.

• You must have an active Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) account with access to a Dataverse environment.

Step 1: Finding your Tenant IDCopy Anchor Link

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
2. Browse to Entra ID → Overview → Properties, then scroll down to the Tenant ID field.

Step 2: Finding your Environment URLCopy Anchor Link

Tenklo needs your Dataverse Web API host, which is not the URL shown in the browser address bar when you're signed into the app.

1. Sign in to Power Apps and select your environment in the top-right corner.
2. Select Settings (top-right), then Developer resources.
3. Copy the domain from the Web API endpoint field — everything after https:// and before /api (for example, contoso.api.crm.dynamics.com).

1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Microsoft Dataverse.
2. Enter the Tenant ID and Environment URL in their designated fields.
3. Submit the form, then log in with your Microsoft account and grant the requested permissions.
