Freshservice (MCP) - How do I link my account?

To connect Freshservice (MCP) with Tenklo you need:

1. API key — A long-lived key tied to your Freshservice agent account.
2. Subdomain — The subdomain your Freshservice account is reachable at.

Step 1: Finding your Freshservice API keyCopy Anchor Link

1. Log in to your Freshservice account.
2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Profile Settings.
3. Your API key is shown on the right-hand side of that page.

Step 2: Finding your Freshservice subdomainCopy Anchor Link

Your subdomain is the first part of the URL you use to access Freshservice: https://<subdomain>.freshservice.com.

Step 3: Enter credentials in the Connect UICopy Anchor Link

Once you have your API key and subdomain:

1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Freshservice (MCP).
2. Enter both the API key and the subdomain in their respective fields.
3. Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.

You are now connected to Freshservice (MCP).
