Back Market - How do I link my account?
Overview
To authenticate with Back Market, you will need:
- Platform — The regional Back Market platform your seller account operates on
- API Token — The token generated from the Integrations page of your Back Market Back Office
This guide will walk you through obtaining each of these values.
Back Market also requires a Country Code and a User-Agent on every API request. These are integration-level settings your app configures, not something the seller provides here — see Back Market for details.

Instructions
Step 1: Choosing your platform
Back Market operates three separate platforms, each with its own domain, seller account, and API token — and each has a separate preprod (sandbox) environment for testing:

Pick the domain matching both the platform your seller account was created on and the environment (production or preprod) you're connecting to. A token generated on one platform or environment does not work on another.
Step 2: Generating your API token
- Log in to your Back Market Back Office and go to Options → Integrations (

- For the integration type, choose Other integration.
- Click Confirm to generate your API key.
- Copy the generated API token. It's a Basic-auth token.
The token is shown only once. Store it securely and never expose it in client-side code, logs, or URLs.
Step 3: Enter credentials in the Connect UI
- Open the form where you need to authenticate with Back Market.
- Select your Platform.
- Enter your API Token.
- Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.
You are now connected to Back Market.
